Maps to interest_id in CRM (catalog rows for agent type). Affects cooperation terms with companies.

Accruals and invoices

Accruals from completed portal orders. Invoices are issued by SYSTEM (or auto every 15 days); company has 72 hours to pay, then portal bookings are blocked.
